Set up your OptiBreak routine

Connect your desktop app and account, choose working hours, and check that your break routine is syncing between computers.

Your desktop app runs the breaks; your web account helps you manage the routine around them. Start with one computer and a schedule you can try during an ordinary working day. Once that is working, use the same account on another computer and check its device entry before relying on cross-computer settings.

Start with one signed-in computer

Install the available desktop app from the download page and sign in with the account you use on the web. Open Devices in your account to check that the computer appears. A browser tab does not replace the desktop scheduler: keep the desktop app running when you want it to manage your breaks.

Choose a schedule you can test

Open Schedule to choose focus minutes, break minutes and working hours. Save the change, then check the schedule in the desktop app after it syncs. Check the enabled break activities as well: an empty activity list will not produce a useful routine. Try the setup during a time when you can comfortably take a break.

Read recent history in context

Activity contains your synced break history, with a separate summary for the last seven days. Insights uses the last fourteen days and needs at least five recent synced breaks. Older events remain in history but do not count towards that recent sample. Team administrators receive aggregate reporting, not access to your personal insights.
