Display
The screen is free from glare and reflections that cause discomfort.
Text on screen is clear and large enough to read comfortably.
The screen is positioned at arm's length and the top is at or just below eye level.
Furniture
The chair is adjustable for height and has adequate back support.
The desk has enough space for all equipment and documents.
The keyboard and mouse are positioned so wrists are straight and arms relaxed.
Feet are flat on the floor or supported by a footrest.
Environment
Lighting is adequate and does not cause screen glare or eye strain.
The workspace temperature is comfortable.
Noise levels are acceptable and do not cause distraction.
There is adequate space to move and change posture.
Breaks
Regular breaks or changes of activity are taken away from the screen.
Break reminders or scheduling tools are in place.
General
Eye tests are available and provided if requested.
Training on workstation setup and health risks has been provided.
